Secret Service Violates 4th Amendment Rights of Diners to Stop Photo’s of Michelle Obama

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The above is the text to the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution. It protects American Citizens from not only search but illegal seizure of personal property. The New York Post is reporting that Federal law enforcement agents, more specifically Secret Service agents, confiscated the cell phones of citizens who were in the same public space as Michelle Obama.

MICHELLE Obama, like her husband, enjoys a good burger, but not as well done. The first lady brought daughters Malia and Sasha to former “Top Chef” contestant Spike Mendelsohn’s Good Stuff Eatery in DC for cheeseburgers, onion rings, fries, and milkshakes. “They got the burgers medium,” says a spy. (President Obama was mildly ridiculed after ordering a burger medium-well in January.) “Three starving Secret Service guys were literally standing over the grill as Spike made the burgers, but didn’t eat,” our source adds. Fellow patrons had their cellphones temporarily confiscated to prevent pictures from being taken.

This raises a significant amount of questions the first of which is, how does Michelle Obama believe that she and her family have any expectation of privacy in a public place? There is no expectation of privacy in public.

The second is, when did this become the policy of the Secret Service. I have spoken with former officials in the Bush White House that have assured me that this was not the policy of the former administration. This does absolutely nothing to help Michelle or Barack Obama’s image. It further shows that they consider themselves above ordinary Americans.

The other questions that are raised are those of a political and policy nature. The left and Barack Obama have time and time again hammered the Bush Administration for warrantless wiretapping of foreign terrorist subjects. Wiretapping that was of foreign phone calls where one end of the line was in the United States. This is much worse. This is the confiscation of private property by law enforcement officials with no warrant and no suspicion of guilt.

Barack Obama owes the American People an explanation as to why he thinks his Secret Service Agents can violate the Fourth Amendment rights of private citizens. All in the name of protecting his wife from a picture with a hamburger in her mouth from getting on the internet.

This story is so disturbing on so many levels. We do not have an Imperial Presidency, I know liberals think the ‘masses’ is incapable of independent thought, but a this clear violation of the Constitution by the Secret Service is unconscionable. Tell me, given this episode; at what point does the Secret Service become the ‘Secret police’?

Ask yourself the ‘What would a Liberal do/say?’ question, were it President Bush entourage taking peoples personal property to prevent photographs from being taken in a PUBLIC RESTAURANT!

The President as the Joker is in the eye of the beholder

Bush-the-Joker002-copy[1] vs obamajokerx4

The Joker (aka George W. Bush) was published in Vanity Fair magazine, while the Joker (aka Barrack Obama) is showing up as posters in LA.

The interesting difference is the message of course. Drew Friedman created the ‘Bush’ titled ‘No Joke’, while the author of the Obama Joker is unknown at this time, but the title is pretty plain.

OBamaCare?: Patients forced to live in agony after NHS refuses to pay for painkilling injections

Patients forced to live in agony after NHS refuses to pay for painkilling injections

Tens of thousands with chronic back pain will be forced to live in agony after a decision to slash the number of painkilling injections issued on the NHS, doctors have warned.

The path that Obama and the Democrats in Congress are heading will destroy our current health insurance system. Businesses will invoke the ‘Public Option’ for employees as way to streamline and caps costs — so they will think.

Once all the insurance companies are gone, then only ObamaCare will be left. With no competition and in the name of reducing deficits and the debt, every ‘could happen’ prediction like; end of life plans being enforced, painkiller rather than lifesaving procedure or no life extending procedures after the age of 80 or 75 will happen. Of course there is more.

The government has been looking for a cure for cancer for 40 years. Where is it?

Bureaucrats by nature are incapable of innovation or responsible decisions that don’t meet policy or the whims of the higher pay grade.

Seven astronauts died on the Columbia re-entry in 2003, because bureaucrats preferred to gamble lives rather than actually know of any collision damage than set the program back months or years.

Look what the government/Congress as done with the junk science of global warming. Create a political goal, then use federal funds to prove it. Grant seeking scientist will/have prostrate themselves in order to keep the checks coming. Call it Research Welfare.

England is a microcosm of what will happen here, you can bank on it. You can thank the liberal Democrats and pathetic hypocritical Country Club Republicans whose failures brought Obama to the White House.
